This trip is very ministry oriented and is designed to leave a lasting impact long after the team returns home.

TOTAL PRICE: $1,650

Plane tickets, transportation, lodging, food, and excursions while on the trip are all included in the overall cost.

AGE

This trip is a great family-oriented trip. Youth aged 15 and younger will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

LOCATION + DATES

We will be serving in Tiliran, Costa Rica with a local church partners from June 1st-7th, 2024

REGISTRATION PROCESS

We would love to have you join us serving beyond boarders! The first step is complete the application. Once approved, you'll be asked to officially register and pay your $200 deposit.

PASSPORT

Each Team Member will need to obtain a passport in order to fly into Costa Rica. If you are applying a passport for the first time, you can expect to pay approximately $150.

VACCINATIONS + IMMUNIZATIONS

CDC currently recommends being up-to-date on routine vaccinations. However, there are no required vaccination to participate on our trip. Visit CDC.gov/travel for more detailed information to make the best informed decision for yourself.

SERVING THE
LOCAL CHURCH

Volunteering within the local church by providing special music, sermons, testimonies, or help lead Sunday School

SERVING LOCAL
COSTA RICANS

Being the hands and feet of Christ by visiting those that may feel forgotten in orphanages, hospitals, prisons, senior centers, shut-ins, etc

SERVING CHILDREN

We will be serving at-risk children in the community by sharing Bible Stories, testimonies, food, and of course, lots of fun!

FUN DAY AT THE HOT SPRINGS

We've included a "fun day" within the trip to experience some of the beauty Costa Rica has to offer including local Hot Springs.

Meetings + Payment schedule

TEAM MEETINGS

All mission trips have team meetings leading up to the trip. These are mandatory as we will go over important details for the trip, and it starts building unity within the team. All meetings will be held after the noon service in the classroom across from the Cafe.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Each team member is responsible for paying for the trip. The trip total for each individual is $1,650. Below you will find the payment schedule. We encourage you to personally fundraise as needed! Our goal is to pray with you, give you ideas, and encourage you along the way! Please keep open communication with us throughout your financial process.

$200 non-refundable deposit is due.
The deposit guarantees your spot is saved.

$700 is due

Remaining $750 is due
