“He is not here; he has risen!" Luke 24:6
Early Sunday morning, several women go to the tomb and discover the large stone covering the entrance had been rolled away. And an angel announces; "Don't be afraid! I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn't here! He is risen from the dead, just as he said would happen." Matthew 28:5-6
Jesus makes at least five appearances. Mark's Gospel records the first as Mary Magdalene. Because of the resurrection, we can now share in the victory of Jesus and abundant life, forever.
